
Just read about this tip the other day.
Instead of setting your alarm for a certain time every day, you can use a kitchen timer and set it for a certain number of hours.
That way you are getting the same amount of sleep every day. Once I get around to getting myself a timer I’m going to start doing this. It seems like my sleep varies so much something like this is definitely what I’ve needed.

Badass! I don’t have an iPhone, so i’ll just have to wait until my kitchen timer shows up from Amazon. I’m excited to start doing this though. Regardless of when I sleep, i’ll at least be getting the right amount of sleep. A lot of times when you try to do that with a regular alarm clock it’s not so easy.

I got your point and hey why are you needed of kitchen alarm which time do you cook your food for your self. in the kitchen there is only two times jobs are there.
